Services except for heating, linen, weekly change of linen, final cleaning, internet Wi-Fi, taxes.

Not Included in Price

Heating according consumption 5,0 Euro/mc, laundry service 8 Euro/wash, maid service 15 Euro/hour, cooking service 25 Euro/hour, pool towels + mattress 10 Euro per person, cot 8 Euro per night (1 week 40 Euro), added bed 15 Euro per night.

Notes

Rates are in Euro and are valid until the 31 December 2018.
Refundable damage deposit: 200 Euro to pay cash at the check-in. The deposit wil be given back at the departure, except for damages or extra services to pay.

CLAIMS AND CONTENTIONS: eventual claims for accommodation arrangements must be formalized in a written statement to the welcoming staff within 24 hours from the check-in time.
