Included in Price

Private pool, weekly change of linens, utilities except for heating, internet connection, taxes.

Not Included in Price

Heating, €100 final cleaning, €25 pet supplement per week, additional bed €30 daily (€20 for children), maid service €20 per hour, baby cot, internet wireless, additional services.

Notes

In high season, minimum stay is 1 week to start and end on Saturday. Otherwise, minimum stay is 3 nights.
Rates are charged in Euro, and are valid until 31 December 2010.
Refundable Damage Deposit: € 200 is to be left in cash at check-in. The Damage Deposit will be returned at check-out unless damages are found or extra services have to paid.
*Visa, Diners, JCB and Mastercard accepted at check-in for the balance payment.

CLAIMS AND CONTENTIONS: eventual claims for accommodation arrangements must be formalized in a written statement to the accommodation provider within 24 hours from the check-in time.

Reduction of 10% for the low and the mid season.
