Included in Price
Water, gas, electricity (max 75 kw), linen changed once a week and final cleaning, internet connection. Baby cot and high chair available for free. The price includes a nice welcome aperitif at the Salendo Bar at walking distance from the villa.

Not Included in Price
Central heating 95 euro per day(8 hour per day), electricity over 75 kw 0.70 euro per kw, small pets 50 euro, maid service 15 euro per hour, extra change of linen on request about 10 euro per person, welcome dinner 30 euro per person (children under 12 years old free) to be booked in advance.

Notes

** The balance has to be paid at least 40 days before the check-in by bank transfer.
Rates are in euro and are valid until the 31 December 2015.
When the house is rented for 10 people, the studio apartment in the garden is locked; if rented for 8 people the studio and one of the villa bedrooms will be locked.
It's possible to organize parties or weddings for a maximum number of 30 people, rates on request.
Refundable Damage Deposit: 1.500 euro is to be left in cash at check-in. The Damage Deposit will be returned at check-out unless damages are found or extra services have to be paid.

CLAIMS AND CONTENTIONS: eventual claims for accommodation arrangements must be formalized in a written statement to the accommodation provider within 24 hours from the check-in time.
