Heating (€ 4,5/cu.mt.) and air conditioning (€ 0,45/Kw, pets (€ 50 for week), olive oil, wine, honey...,extra services.

Notes

Weekly rentals start and end on Saturday.
Rates are charged in Euro, and are valid until 31 December 2018.
Refundable Damage Deposit: € 300,00 is to be left in cash at check-in. The Damage Deposit will be returned at check-out unless damages are found or extra services have to paid.

CLAIMS AND CONTENTIONS: eventual claims for accommodation arrangements must be formalized in a written statement to the welcoming staff within 24 hours from the check-in time.
