The villa has 5 bedrooms, all rooms are double (there is the possibility of adding 3 single beds with an extra cost).
It has 4 bathrooms, two with shower, one with bath and one service bathroom.

Within the villa's walls you will be able to appreciate a recently restored furnishing of 1800 combined with Florentine terracotta flooring and olive trees' parquet. The villa has two terraces, one that goes all around the perimeter of the villa providing a breathtaking view, while the other one lie on top of the roof providing an impressive view upon the Tuscan countryside.

The villa consists of: (ground floor) entrance hall, living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, service bathroom, bedrooms hallway, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath; (upper floor) bathroom with shower, two bedrooms and the roof terrace.

Kitchen

The kitchen has: gas stovetop, electric oven, microwave oven, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, electric grill, scales, slicer, and kitchen furnishings.

Linens

Linen included in the price: bedroom set (sheets, pillowcases, blankets), bathroom set (bath towel large, medium, small size) kitchen set (kitchen dusters and various dishcloths). The linen is replaced once a week.
