Interiors Description

The Villa, 280 sq metres, is a typical Tuscan farmhouse that has been completely restored. There are terracotta and hardwood floors, high, wood-beamed ceilings and tiled bathrooms. Furnishings are comfortable, Tuscan country style with antique brass beds and antique furniture. Precious carpets and original paintings complete the elegant yet comfortable atmosphere.

Ground floor:
Large living room with Satellite TV and fireplace, dining room, laundry room, double bedroom with bathroom (with shower), large kitchen.

Upper floor:
Sitting room with fireplace, kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (with shower).

Kitchen

The Villa has 2 fully-equipped kitchens. The ground floor kitchen opens directly onto the garden.

Linens

All linens (bed, bath, kitchen and pool) are included for which there is a weekly change. An additional change of linens can be requested for the cost of 10-20 Euro per person.
