Bruco Cottage - Once a priest's home, now a charming villa in a historic rural village
Bruco Cottage. The Cottage is located in the heart of the Crete Senesi, a hilly area south of Siena. It is just a few kilometres from the towns Monteroni d’Arbia and Asciano. The Cottage makes an ideal base for guests who want to tour the nearby celebrated wine centres of Chianti, Montalcino and Montepulciano and for those who want to visit the famous art-historic towns of Siena, Florence, Arezzo and Perugia.
Garden Description
The private garden is equipped with a gazebo, table and chairs. In addition, in common with the main villa, there is an outdoor area with a barbecue.
Parking Facilities
There is a parking area that is in common with the agriturismo.
Pool Description
The pool is shared with guests of the villa on the same property and is equipped with umbrellas, chairs and tables.
The pool is open from April 28th to October 28th.
Interiors Description
The luminous Cottage of 124 sq metres is on 2 levels. There are terracotta floors and beautiful, vaulted ceilings.
Ground floor: Living room with fireplace, kitchen, dining room, bathroom.
Upper floor: 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 bathroom with bathtub.

The modern kitchen has all necessary equipment.
Kitchen Equipment
All dining and cooking equipment: stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher.
Linens
All linens (bed, bath, and kitchen) are included, for which there is a weekly change. An extra change of linens can be requested at an additional charge.
How to reach Us by Car
From the North: Take the A1 towards Firenze and exit at "Firenze Impruneta". After the toll booth, take the Superstrada for Siena and exit at "Siena Sud". Follow the signs for "Roma via Cassia" until the town Monteroni d'Arbia. Then follow the signs for Asciano. Continue for about 7 km. The entrance to the Tenuta is on the left for which there is a sign.
From the South: Take the A1 towards Firenze and exit at "Valdichiana". Follow the signs for Siena until the “Asciano” exit. Go through the town of Asciano and follow towards Monteroni d'Arbia for about 9 km. The entrance to the Tenuta is on the right for which there is a sign.
