Located in the heart of Tuscany, the villa is surrounded by vineyards like those of the famous Marquis Frescobaldi, olive groves, fruit trees, woods and a large private garden with swimming pool. Completely renovated and furnished in an elegant and comfortable way, the villa is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday in Tuscany.

Garden Description

Furnished with sunbeds, the garden of 500 sq. meters, it is the ideal place to relax in the shade on hot summer days. The garden leads to an equipped kitchen (with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and oven), perfect for preparing lunches and dinners, to be consumed on a stone table for 12 people covered by a parasol.

There is a large parking for guests.

Pool Description

Just 15 meters from the villa is the swimming pool, 6x12 meters (1.5 meters deep), among fruit trees and vineyards. The surrounding landscape is wonderful, thanks to the wooded hills that are lost on the horizon. The area is equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs, umbrellas and a hammock for total relaxation. There is also a small area to change.

The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th.

Interiors Description

The villa is accessed via an external staircase that connects the ground floor to the first floor. The 270 sq. meters of surface are arranged on two levels connected also by an internal terracotta staircase.

Villa Casanova has been recently renovated. Traditional materials, such as terracotta and wood floors, were used during the renovation. The modern furniture is elegant and comfortable.

First floor: entrance, living room with pool table, fireplace and a collection of music, movies and books, equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower, 1 double room with shower.

Second floor: 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, large terrace.

Kitchen

The modern kitchen of 30 sq. meters overlooks the terrace and has a beautiful view of the valley. The table can accommodate up to 10 people.

Kitchen Equipment

All cooking and dining equipment: oven / stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, toaster, coffee maker, products for the kitchen, pizza oven.

Linens

All linen (beds, bathrooms and kitchen) is provided and changed once a week. Extra change can be requested at a cost of 7.00 Euro per person.
