Villa Il Cipresso - The hayloft of the ancient farm, transformed into an elegant cottage

Villa Il Cipresso is located at the end of a tree-lined parkway, flanked by a park of 20,000 square meters. In the same property there is another villa, but the facilities are separate and each has its own private area. All around is the typical Tuscan countryside with vineyards, olive groves and fruit trees. In the past the villa was a hatloft, but has recently been restored and perfectly furnished with prestigious rustic furniture. There are terracotta and wooden floors, beamed ceilings and all modern comforts.

Garden Description

The well-tended private garden surrounding the Villa has a natural border that is outlined by trees, bushes and flowering plants. The garden is a magnificent place to relax in the peace and quiet of the countryside. Outdoor dining can be enjoyed in a relaxing corner of the garden that is equipped area for meals and has a barbecue. In addition, on request, guests can dine by the pool.

Pool Description

100 meters from the villa there is the beautiful, borderless newly built pool, of m. 7x14 with a depth ranging from m. 1.20 to m. 2.20. The pool is shared with the guests of the neighboring villa and is fully equipped with chairs suitable for relaxing in the sun.

The pool is open from May 1st to September 30th.

Parking Facilities

Access to the villa is via a gate at the end of a tree-lined parkway. There is a garage that can hold up to 3 cars.

Interiors Description

The Villa’s two floors are connected by a central staircase.

Ground floor: the ground floor of the Villa has a stone-walled living room with chairs and a table and a double sofa-bed. The neighbouring room is an elegantly equipped kitchen, with an open fireplace. Through the kitchen’s French doors there is direct access to a private garden. There is also a small bathroom.

Upper floor: on the upper floor there are two bedrooms that each offer splendid views over the countryside, and 2 bathrooms with showers.

Kitchen

The fully-equipped, spacious kitchen has an open fireplace for grilling. There is a table for indoor dining, or guests can reach the garden for outdoor dining through a door in the kitchen.

Kitchen Equipment

Equipment for cooking and dining: stove / oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, cleaning supply.

Linens

All linen (beds, bathrooms, kitchen and swimming pool) is included and a weekly change is provided (on Saturday). Extra towels for the pool (€ 5.00 each) or extra bathroom towels (€ 21.00 per person) are possible on request.
