Villa La Pievina - Once the residence of the administrator in the ancient farm, today a restored villa that preserves all its rural history.

Villa La Pievina. In the La Pievina estate, which cultivates and produces cereals, we have chosen to offer hospitality within the main villa, among the various farmhouses on the estate. The Villa, charming and independent, is situated among the rolling clay hills and enjoys a breathtaking view of this superb part of the Tuscan countryside, called "Le Crete Senesi". The house has been renovated maintaining its Tuscan origins and preserving its rural history.

Garden Description

A wrought iron gate opens into the private garden in typical Italian style, equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining.

Parking Facilities

Private parking is available for guests.

Pool Description

In the garden there is a swimming pool, 10x5 meters deep from 90 to 190 cm.

The swimming pool is open from 20/04/2019 to 28/09/2019.

Interiors Description

A classic double marble staircase leads to the first floor of the house. Inside Villa La Pievina is extremely spacious with a long corridor in the central part of the house, on which all the doors of the rooms overlook. Next to the kitchen there is the living / dining room with sofa and TV; in front of the kitchen, there is a small tea room also perfect as a reading room, furnished with antiques. All rooms are tastefully furnished with both elegant and traditional antiques, with some modern touches. All rooms have double beds. Four of the five rooms have a bathroom with shower inside, while the fifth bedroom has a large bathroom whose entrance is at the end of the corridor.

Kitchen

The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, with a large fireplace that, as it was in the past, remains the central point of the house.

Linens for bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen included in price and changed once a week.
