Villa La Sovrana. The villa is a large detached house recently restored maintaining all the original features of a typical Tuscan farmhouse. Located in a quiet and very privacy position , with a beautiful view of the wooded hills and the medieval towers of the nearby village.
Garden and Pool Description
In front of the house there is a spacious and sunny terrace with terracotta floors and equipped with barbecue, table, chairs and umbrella for outdoor dining. In the garden, available to customers there is a beautiful, irregular shaped swimming pool (11 x 5 - 1.20 - 2.10 m deep).
The swimming pool is open from 27/04 to 28/09.
Interiors Description
Inside Villa La Sovrana offers a large and comfortable living room with fireplace and kitchenette (oven, stove, dishwasher and fridge with freezer), a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. A satellite television, 2 TV with Italian channels and a washing machine are available to customers.
Linens
Linens for bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen included in price and changed once a week.
The property is reached by a short steep single track road, which is not suitable for low slung vehicles.
The nearest Restaurant is in Stigliano at 1.5 km, while the nearest village with all shopping facilities and more Restaurants is Rosia at 5 kms., Siena is only 13 kms away.

On request, in low season arrivals allowed any day of the week and possibility of short stays of minimum 4 nights with pro-rata rates.
Refundable Damage Deposit: € 150 is to be left in cash at check-in. The Damage Deposit will be returned at check-out unless damages are found or extra services have to paid.
