Garden Description

Villa Le Mandrie is surrounded by a well-tended grassy garden with olive trees embraced by lavender plants and it is entirely fenced in. The two French doors in the dining room, lead through an external staircase to the covered terrace on one side and on the opposite side to the covered eating area in the main bricked terrace. In the covered sitting area, there are table, chairs and sofa, that’s the ideal place to find shade from the summer sun and to converse late into the night. The outdoor dining area, next to the barbecue, is likely to be the scene of more than one al fresco lunch. All the terraces have  superb views of the surrounding countryside. Only the chirrup of a bird is likely to break the silence outside.

Pool Description

The private pool (6x13 mts - depth by 1.20 to 3.50 meters), is lovely for a refreshing dip, and the nearby gazebo furnished with deck chairs is a perfect  place to rest in the shade on hot summer days.

The swimming pool is open from 03/05/2019 to 27/09/2019.

Interiors Description

The main building is on two floors. On the ground floor there two spacious living rooms with sofa, fire place and TV area. Both rooms have French doors opening onto a terrace overlooking the pool. On the first floor there are three bedrooms: a master double, a second double and a twin, each with an ensuite shower room. Inside the cottage there is a spacious double bedroom with wooden four-poster bed and a charming bathroom with bathtub. In the same building are also a fully equipped kitchen and the dining room with its original frescoes, the fireplace and a toilet.

In the kitchen, guests can find dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwaves, american coffee maker, 6 rings cooker, oven, toaster, kittle and all the crockery and utensils needed for cooking.
