Villa Lysis - A charming villa in the hills of Florence
Villa Lysis is a traditional Tuscan style house, immersed in an ancient flavour small village, overlooking Florence and the Arno river valley. The villa has been recently renovated, furnished with antique furniture and equipped with all modern comforts, but without taking away the charm of an elegant and comfortable home.
Garden Description
The garden, very scenic, is equipped with a table with chairs, sitting area with sofa and armchairs, barbecue and Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi is usually open from May 15th to September 15th.
Parking Facilities
Private parking is available nearby to the villa.
Interiors Description
The house is 150 square meters, on two levels and is as follows:
Ground floor: large living room, kitchen, double bedroom with French bed, bathroom with shower and access to the garden, dining room.
First floor: Two double bedrooms and bathroom with tub / shower.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped in traditional style and features: 4-burner stove, coffee maker, fridge, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster.
Linens
All linens are included in price and are changed once a week. An extra change is available on request.
From the A1 motorway exit at Firenze Scandicci and take the FI-PI-LI expressway towards Livorno. Exit at Lastra a Signa and at the end of the junction turn right, follow the road for about 2 km. until the first traffic light. Here turn left into Via Diaz and then take the second on the left, Via di Calcinaia. Follow this uphill road to number 82 / A, where Villa Lysis is located.
