Garden Description

The villa has a large garden with various relaxation areas, aia, children's play area, barbecue and covered space to dine in front of the sunset, with the view of San Gimignano on the horizon.

Pool Description

The infinity pool, surrounded by large spaces and a characteristic row of cypress trees, is equipped with sun loungers and parasols.

Interiors Description

Inside there are 7 double rooms, 3 with a terrace, 9 bathrooms and a large living room with fireplace and bar. In addition to the rooms, the villa also has 2 sofa beds, which can therefore accommodate 16 people in total. All rooms have air conditioning.

Kitchen Equipment

The industrial kitchen is fully equipped, with oven, stove, slicer, meat grinder, industrial dishwasher, refrigerator.

Linens

All linen (bed, bath and kitchen) is included, with weekly change. On request it is possible an extra change of linen, to be paid separately.
