Villa Podere i Limoni - A magnificent farmhouse amidst the hills of Tuscan olive groves

Villa Podere I Limoni is surrounded by a large, private park with a private pool, and is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards of the celebrated Vino Nobile di Montepulciano.

The Villa is located in a panoramic position on the sloping hills between the historic towns of Cortona and Montepulciano. It is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards that produce the famous Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. This landscape is characterized by beautiful abbeys, hot springs, famous wine cellars, farms and many small towns and country villages that are celebrated for their Medieval palaces and squares.

Within the Villa’s gates guests can relax on comfortable chairs under the gazebo, take a dip in the private pool that offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside, use the barbecue, play ping pong, and dine on the panoramic terrace.

Garden Description

The Villa is enclosed by bushes and large trees. There is an equipped outdoor area for enjoying outdoor meals while taking in the beautiful panorama.

Parking Facilities

There is a private parking area that can accommodate up to 3 cars.

Pool Description

The private pool and Jacuzzi is found 30 metres from the Villa and is equipped with sun chairs and umbrellas.

The pool is open from April through October.

Interiors Description

Villa Podere I Limoni is composed of two structures, the main cottage, 400 square metres, and a smaller dependance of 60 square metres. The furnishings and decorations are in typical Tuscan country-style and include many antiques.

The cottage is composed of 5 double bedrooms, five modern bathrooms (two with bathtub and three with showers), entrance hall, large kitchen, laundry room with washing machine and ironing equipment, living room with comfortable couches, Satellite TV and fireplace, and a spacious dining room with French windows that open onto the garden.

The dependance is composed of 2 double bedrooms, a modern bathroom with shower, a living room with fireplace and a kitchen.

Kitchen

The large (22 sq m), fully-equipped kitchen has all moden amenities and a table for 6 people. The kitchen looks out onto the garden area.

All cooking and dining equipment: dishwasher, oven / stove, microwave oven, refrigerator / freezer, toaster, blender, cleaning products, coffee machine.

Linens

All linens are provided (bedroom, bathroom and kitchen) and are changed weekly.
