Villa San Bastiano is a stone building from the late Middle Ages, located on the top of the hill of Monsummano Alto. The structure of the villa has been completely renovated, maintaining the original walls which date back to the end of the fifteenth century. Originally the building was a "lazzeretto" (ancient hospital), later converted into a villa to offer customers a unique experience, with its pleasant position overlooking the valley and from which you can enjoy an unparalleled view over the Val di Nievole and on six of the ten provinces of Tuscany. At Villa San Bastiano, nature, art and wellness will be the perfect setting for an unforgettable stay.

Garden Description

Public parking is available in the square at 50 mts. from the villa.

Pool Description

Recently built, located in the garden on the north side of the villa, the pool offers a relaxing place ideal for the whole family. Among the secular trees of the property and the Tuscan hills in the background, a swim in the pool will become a restorative experience for the body and mind.

The swimming pool is open from 12 April to 11 October.

Interiors Description

Villa San Bastiano is equipped with 4 double bedrooms with bathrooms ensuite for 8 guests, a small suite composed of a double bedroom and a small bedroom with two single beds and bathroom ensuite for 4 guests. On the ground floor is also available a double sofa bed for 2 guests.

All the rooms are designed to offer maximum relaxation, equipped with all comforts and in perfect harmony with the surrounding environment. The furniture has been designed to be in contrast with the exterior of the structure, deliberately modern and essential and presents itself with a sweet contrast between ancient and modern. The rooms offer an extraordinary view of the Colle di Monsummano Alto and the surrounding valleys.

Kitchen

The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the dining table can accommodate up to 10 people.
